My my...

...how I've let this thing go. I can't decide whether SO MUCH has happened since I last updated or whether not much at all has happened. There's been more Albert shows and more Ween shows, both being more fun than not. I've been 'home' in NYC for about 3 weeks now. It feels strange but good. Today I really felt like riding a Ducati to Marin though. I'll be here until July 16th when I'll fly to Europe to meet up with Albert & Co. to finish that tour. I'm missing most of it to do a bunch of work in NYC with Dispatch, which I'm in the midst of right now. We've been doing rehearsals and did a warm-up gig at Webster Hall last night. Today we load into the Garden (Madison Square) for 3 shows starting tomorrow. It's all a bit crazy but we've got a good crew together and it's much nicer to come home to my bed at night instead of lodging at hotel stinkybus. Hopefully Euro-tour will provide me with more blog-worthy adventures. In the meantime, here's some random pics from the last few weeks (in no particular order)...

HBO was projecting this huge film on the side of a building on the LES. It looked pretty damned cool and very surreal...

The Mexican fans see us off...

An Albany sky...

Some radio thing...

One of my biggest pet-peeves is hotels that have sweet balconies with a river view that bolt them shut. Fuck you Clarion of Rochester. While your hotel is depressing enough to make someone want to throw themselves off the balcony, that doesn't mean you should make it MORE depressing by locking me away from fresh air and sunshine...
